Basics of Supply Chain Management:
Basics of Supply Chain Management covers basic concepts in managing
the complete flow of materials in a supply chain. In Basics you
get a complete overview of material flow, from internal and external
suppliers, to and from your organization. Review courses are not
for self-study but must be facilitated by an instructor in a classroom

Master Planning of Resources:
Candidates explore processes used to develop sales and
operations plans, and identify and assess internal and external
demand and forecasting requirements. The course focuses on the importance
of producing achievable master schedules that are consistent with
business policies, objectives, and resource constraints. Review

Detailed Scheduling and Planning:
Candidates focus on the various techniques for material
and capacity scheduling. The course includes detailed descriptions
of material requirements planning (MRP), capacity requirements planning
(CRP), inventory management practices, and procurement and supplier

by an instructor in a classroom review course. Each Participant

Execution And Control of Operations:
Candidates focus on the areas of prioritizing and sequencing work,
executing work plans and implementing controls, reporting activity
results, and providing evaluating feedback on performance. The course
explains techniques for scheduling and controlling production processes,
the execution of quality initiatives and continuous improvement
plans, and the control and handling of inventories. Review courses

Strategic Management of Resources:
Strategic Management of Resources explores the relationship
of existing and emerging processes and technologies to manufacturing
strategy and supply chain-related functions. The course addresses
three main topics: aligning resources with the strategic plan, configuring
and integrating operating processes to support the strategic plan,
and implementing change. Review courses are not for self-study but

Level 1: Lean Manufacturing Executive Overview:
This half day workshop is meant for executives who want
to familiarize themselves with the Lean Manufacturing approach to
process improvement in order to assess its potential Benefits to
their business segment in terms of their business strategy. The
course includes the culture, atmosphere and communication strategy
in the context of Lean.
Level 2: Lean Manufacturing Principles and Methodology:
This course is useful for the managers and supervisors
in the lead role for implementing and managing the Lean projects.
In this module, Lean and Six Sigma tools are discussed in greater
detail, along with Kaizen methodology for continuous improvement.
Level 3: Lean Manufacturing Implementation Tool Kit:
This course contains the finer details of Lean and related
initiatives for the front-line team engaged in the implementation
of the changes at the operations level. The two training days are
a week apart, allowing the participants to assimilate the first
day’s training and bounce off ideas with the teams at work, bringing
back questions and ideas for implementation.
Communication Skill Refinement; Impact and Influence.
An intensive, hands-on communications training
designed to help individuals maximize their potential for team work and leadership. Training includes practical work in the class room on accent improvement, presentation skills, understanding body language and other applied skills.
